This Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (hereafter referred to as "Agreement") governs your participation in the ProfitBridge Affiliate Program and is a legally binding agreement between you ("Affiliate") and ProfitBridge ("we", "our", or "Networkaffiliate").

By signing up and participating in our Affiliate Program, you acknowledge and accept all terms described in this document. Please review them carefully before proceeding.

1. Enrollment & Participation

To join our Affiliate Program, you must complete an application on our website. We reserve the right to accept or reject applications at our sole discretion.

2. Offers & Promotion

As an affiliate, you may promote various offers, including high-converting Casino offers, using provided tracking links and creatives. Each campaign may have unique terms and must be followed precisely.

3. Commissions & Payments

You will earn commissions for each Qualified Action, as defined in our payout rules. Payments are processed weekly with a 2-week hold period, and a minimum payout threshold of $100 applies.

4. Casino-Specific Campaigns

Our Casino affiliate program includes exclusive deals and revshare opportunities. Affiliates must follow all promotional rules when advertising Casinos, ensuring compliance with regional laws and platform guidelines.

5. Email & Ad Policies

Affiliates running email or paid ads must adhere to strict compliance protocols, including suppression lists, opt-outs, and proper tracking. Violation of these policies may result in commission withholding or removal from the program.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your participation at any time, for any reason, including inactivity or policy violations. Upon termination, all links must be removed, and use of ProfitBridge branding must cease.

7. Fraud, Spam, and Prohibited Activities

Any fraudulent, misleading, or unethical practices are strictly prohibited. This includes click fraud, cookie stuffing, unauthorized content, or promoting Casino offers on restricted platforms.

8. Confidentiality

All information related to our program, clients, and internal tools is confidential and must not be shared or used outside of this agreement.

9. Indemnification & Liability

Affiliates agree to indemnify ProfitBridge from any liability arising from improper use of affiliate links or promotion of offers, including Casino campaigns.

10. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the relevant legal jurisdiction.
